Virtual Workshop

Thursday, October 22nd, 12-2pm EST

Cost: $249

We are living through an age of crisis, and so many of us feel overwhelmed, disorientated, and unclear about how to be of service in the face of all that we are confronting right now.

How do we own our power at a moment when we are confronted with so many forces that seem beyond our control?

How do we connect with purpose when there is so much demanding our attention?

How do we confront our shadow at a time when we are confronted with so much dark energy within and around us?

Join two pioneers in the field of leadership and inner development for a virtual workshop that will guide you through an experience to find meaningful answers to these questions. Expect an engaging blend of reflection, dialogue, leadership theory, and creativity that will guide you through the process of:

-Exploring your purpose
-Crafting your leadership mission
-Confronting your related shadow mission
-Activating your core values

The workshop is designed and led by two master practioners who have spent decades developing powerful and sophisticated approaches to guiding individuals through this in work. They are:

  • "Max's leadership session was eye-opening, meaningful, and unforgettable. Through his program moderation, our group had their own leadership paths illuminated, giving space for personal and collective growth for years to come. It's hard to believe that in just one hour, Max shows you the tools to change your mindset for a lifetime."

  • "True leadership is not just about illuminating the path for others; it’s also about making the darkness conscious within us. As Max put it, transformation is a dual journey—changing the world around us and the world within us. I’m inspired to continue this journey of self-discovery and leadership with authenticity and purpose."
